Q.Courage to accept and dedication to improve are two keys to success. { 1000-1200 words}

Ans. 

As we know hard work is the key to success. But while doing hard work, man faces many defeats due to lack of
Of experience. we have many examples which prove, the courage to accept failure and dedication to improve is the key to success.
Examples which prove these words:-
Thomas Edison is one of the example,
Who failed Nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine times and at the thousandth attempt, he succeeded and result in the invention of Bulb.which enable the human's to work in the night or in dark places.
One of the latest examples is of Indian Space Research Organisation(ISRO).
This organization started from small scale Rocket research organization.
In starting, ISRO brought many of its components from NASA, ROSCOSMOS and other's country space research organization. But now ISRO's maximum components and launching vehicle are self-made. From Aryabhata (1971) to Chandrayaan 2(2019), ISRO faces many sets back. but the beauty of this organization is that they calculate all the failures and improve all the foes bit by bit and now became one of the leading organization in space research. ISRO also extended its a branch on a commercial level and also launch other states payload by using PSLV(polar satellite launching vehicle) and GSLV (geosynchronous satellite launching vehicle) and earns for the country. Due to their courage to accept failure and dedication to improving, leads ISRO to the most successful and profitable public sector undertaking organization.

If we want to success then we must have the courage to accept failure. Because if we don't accept our failure and do faulty things. This will not gonna help you to fetch the result. So there are certain components which help you to accept failure.
1.Knowledge
2.Teacher(guide)

1. Knowledge:- If you have true knowledge than you can do anything. True knowledge enlightened your brain and help you to think more rigorously "where I am lacking" ,  "Is anything more required" , " Is I am following true procedure or not". This type of questioning only came to your brain , when your brain is fully enlightened with knowledge.

Example:- lord buddha after failing many times, finally reach a tremendous concept of marjoram marga I.e. middle path for the enlightenment of brain. By this type of questioning, finally, he enlightened himself and also preach others and established new religion 'Buddhism' which is prevalent in South Asian countries.
The latest example is of Elon Musk CEO of SpaceX with his true knowledge, his company reaches to the sky and now working on hyperloop -highspeed transportation system.
Both of them failed many times but due to true knowledge, they get back on track and reaches to the sky.

2. Teacher:- A good teacher really helps you to find out the right path. At childhood level, your parents help you to grow up in right manner and on school and college-level your teachers and professors. Not only from parents and teachers, but you can also learn a lot of things from our friends and colleagues.
Sometimes HIT and TRIALs method make you irritated and after some time you give up. Now the teacher guides you,  what to do and how to do and where are you lacking. Because the teacher has much more experience than us. That's why in the Sufi movement and bhakti movement emphasis on the good teacher is given. In Sufism, Pir- muridi system established, pir(teacher ) help their murids(student ) to gain true knowledge and to know what is a reality. That's why teacher plays important role in developing the courage to accept failure by enlighten us with true knowledge and help us in finding true path.



*Dedication to improving faulty trials:-
After gaining all observances, we should conclude all faulty trials and now put all the dedication to improve those.
Through certain components, we can increase dedication to improve:-
1. Clear Aim
2. Self Reliance
3. Stability
4. Patience
5. High Morale
  All of the above points are discussed below.
1. Clear Aim:-  Opaqueness in our aim leads you to nowhere. Due to Opaqueness, our aim may be lost and which leads to drop down un dedication to improve faulty thing and harnessed our success. Clear Aim is very important for success. A man with clear Aim achieve many thing with optimum hard work and a man with an opaque aim and to much hard work leads us to nowhere.

2. Self Reliance:-  It is very important to maintain the dedication to improve. Because self Reliant person can help himself in a difficult situation and never shift off from their Aim.

3. Stability:- psychological stability is very important for a person to achieve a specific aim. Because of stability of the brain is good than concentration is also good, which help the person to improve dedication and achieve specific goal.

4.Patience:-  One of the most important components of dedication to improving is patience. With hard work, patience is also to key to success. Without patience, you can't achieve anything except distress and lots of diseases. Patience also increases dedication to improve faulty things and help you to remain calm throughout the lengthy process of success.

5. High Morale:- it is the key factor to lift jo dedication to improve mistakes. If ur morale is is high then you can achieve anything.
Example:- Capt. Vikram Batra, at Kargil war(1999) he achieved something tremendous, which is impossible to be done. He and his troop member destroy Pakistanis bunker and unfurl our national flag due to high morale.



  Conclusion:- From a single person to an international organization, if they know the value of "courage to accept and dedication to improving are two key to success ", they will get success in future. From buddha to ISRO all know what are there and how to improve them. From this habit, Gautam buddha successful in creating a new religion, which is very much austere and easy to follow and ISRO became the most profitable Public sector undertaking organization of India.
If we follow these steps carefully then we will get success surely and at last from common man, a champion will emerge.
Hence, with hard work, dedication, and courage to improve you will succeed.
