Why India's Trade Corridors Matter More Than Ever Amid the Middle East Conflicts

Imagine ordering something online and being told that your package is delayed because a road hundreds of kilometers away has been blocked. Now imagine that happening not to a package, but to entire countries trying to trade with one another. This is essentially what the world is witnessing today. Over the past few years, conflicts in the Middle East and West Asia have repeatedly disrupted some of the world's busiest trade routes. As a result, transportation costs rise, deliveries get delayed, and economies around the world feel the impact. For India, these developments highlight the importance of a project announced during the G20 Summit in New Delhi in September 2023—the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC). At first glance, IMEC may sound like just another infrastructure project. In reality, it is much more than tha...

Just observe the smile on his/her face when he/she finds a plastic bottle or some important(for him) items. Ever seen a child beggar at traffic signals asking for food or money? There is two different situation which I describe here but the main objective is the same ie. surviving. It may be possible that the child is a victim of some kind of group that abducts children and forces them to beg or works for them. They may be economically backward and that forces them to work or beg. There may be any reason for their actions but the main concern is that they are working. Get your attention to the word "WORKING", at the age of 5 or 7 they start begging or picking trash. CHILDREN AS Rag-pickers The age where they should start schooling or start their education, they start picking up trash. Children working in factories or harmful cracker factories which set them free...
