Some "Communal" people are acting weird over the circular of the central govt. That schools and Madarssa should sing the national anthem and hoist national flag and video record it. People saying that they will not sing the national anthem as it is not allowed in Islam, well, the point is how can singing national anthem risk your religion. I will say that nation will always come first above the religion. We are celebrating our 71st Independence day, Still, the center has to give the notification for singing the national anthem and hoisting tri-color.
