Independence Day :- Special

"At the stroke of the midnight hour when the world sleeps, India will awake to life and freedom"
These were the words in the speech given by our first Prime Minister Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru on the occasion of Independence Day.

We are celebrating our 71st Independence Day. We have come to the long way. A bright journey ahead from the past centuries. Many changes had been occurred between changing of generation. Our Country achieved great success in most of the field. We have learned from our mistakes.
From the time leading to partition to fly high to Mars. We have achieved a great success in the world.
We never attacked anyone but we know very well how to defend.
We are not in competition with any of the countries in the world but on a higher note, We reached to Mars but our Neighbours still stalking Kashmir.

We are the largest democracy in the world, we are having different languages, religion, states, cast, color yet we are united and will remain united.
We are having world's 2nd largest military forces with approx 1.4 million "active" persons.
Indian economy is the 6th largest in the world (GDP).
ISRO is the 4th organization that sends a  spacecraft to the red planet.

India is facing some of the major problems today like corruption, poverty, unemployment, education. Which we believe should get treated or nullified in the coming time.

Freedom & Power comes with responsibility. The responsibility of 125 Cr Indians.
Our Govt. of all Term have taken that responsibility and sail our country in forwarding direction, though some fails to do so.

I salute those Soldier's who stands on the border to guard us. Stand/Guard borders, cities, towns & villages so that we could live our life freely without any fear.
Our forces won the highest battlefield in the world "Siachen".They stand still there and defeated the Pakistani forces and got back there place.
Wherever in the country natural calamities causes like Flood , earthquakes etc. Army were called to help , They distributes Food and take the needy ones to the shelters .
Even when Nepal striked by devasting Earthquake  Indian Army went there for help.

This reminds me of the Credo of Indian Military Academy , Dehradun
"The safety , honour and welfare of your country come first , always & everytime.
The Honour , welfare & comfort of the men you command comes next.
Your own Ease , comfort & safety come last , always & everytime."

On this Happy note, I end my post.
Happy Independence Day
Jai Hind . Jai Bharat
