Value of Agriculture Output
It consists of Farming, Forestry, Fisheries the data clearly state that there is a slight increase of 1.7 times maximum. With Madhya Pradesh is the state that gains 1.7 times the output than in 2011-12.
Rajasthan and Chattisgarh, on the other hand, gain only approx 1.2 times output in a given period of 6 years.
Reasons may be several as
Drought for 2 years, in the year 2014 and 2015, several areas of these states were hit by drought and that's lead to minimizing their output production.

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana launched in 2016 in hope that it will provide a constant money for farmers and insured their crops in case of failure due to environmental stress or bacteria.
The premium for the PMFBY is high and small farmers can't bear the price and this scheme is not imposed that strongly on the ground.

Per Capita GDP
By analyzing the data you can see that the farmer's contribution towards per capita GDP hasn't changed from the last 6 years period. MP grows by 1.4 times and Rajasthan and Chattisgarh by 1.3 times.

Modernization
Lack of modern types of equipment for Farmers. New Technology can boost up the production and resistance to diseases for a crop that will increase the production rate.

Low Prices

Farmers put all his money into producing a crop and that crop doesn't give him profit then how can he clear his debt? For example, If the production rate of 1 Kg Potato takes ₹8 and Government purchase that crop from farmers @ ₹5/ Kg than how can Farmers can be benefited. You can say that the price of potatoes you purchase from the market is ₹30 but all the farmers don't sell by themselves and not all can get that price.

Other several factors also involved in the process of producing distress in Farmers across the country.
