Tension in the world : Heading towards another war??(1)

Resembling today's world and emerging tension between world leaders. Are we heading towards another war??
Starting from the East, Tensions between Japan and North Korea, India and China to the west, America and it's allied with Iran and  In Iraq or a cold war between America and Russia.

The tension in the East is due to the dictator of North Korea. He keeps testing ballistic missiles, intercontinental, long ranges missiles regardless of the warning given by America to not to test the missiles.
He shocked the world by testing hydrogen bomb and that compelled  UN to declare him a world threat. First, he threatens South Korea with his power, As now USA is with South Korea that sets Kim red-faced and now targeting the USA to back off.
North Korea has been supported by Russia and China. That helps North Korea to increase his moral confidence.
Testing missiles are always done in the Pacific ocean by N.Korea that threatens Japan as missiles always fall near its territory and cause the threat to its water border and security of its nation. This week his testing of ballistic missile landed in Pacific ocean after covering distance over Japan.

Toward the Asia, India has always involved in the tension whether it is with Pakistan or China. This time the tension emerges because of making a road in the trijunction area consisting of the border lines of Tibet, Sikkim, Bhutan. India and Bhutan keep saying that this land is owned by Bhutan. Ignoring this China kept building the road and increases its territory that is a threat to Bhutan and that action will cut India from its Northeastern states in case of war in the future.
India's success in holding out in Doklam against China gives China a solid reply that they can't bully neighboring country so easily. This move by India helps other small countries that have been bullied by China in present and will be in the future.

In today's world, any tension between any countries draws the attention of the whole world as it can lead to a world war. Not simply saying but seriously any involvement of country in war draws its allies and enemy to fight on that.
In the 21st century, the majority of countries are occupied with nuclear weapons that posses devasting effect to the world.
